We would like to express our sympathy on the passing of your sister, Elizabeth. I haven't talked to her for awhile, but the last time she sounded good and seemed content in the Nursing Home. I hope her final days were without pain.

Dear Familly,
We all came to know Elizabeth in different ways and she touched many lives. She will be missed by many but we all know that she is in a better place - writing her poetry and prose and enjoying adventures with my dad, Ross McFarland, once again. She always talked about being reincarnted, perhaps she is but not in the way she or we would have thought, maybe as an angel with freedom that no human vessel could imagine. For me her passing brings closure to any connections with Peoria, Il. after almost 40 years. It will seem very strange going back to Good Hope and not stopping to see Elizabeth and taking her out for a ride to Skyview drive and perhaps lunch and an ice-cream cone. Fondly, Jeanette
